📋 Description

• Research, analyze, and assess risk related to rules, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance applying to Medicare Insurance Products, specifically Dual Eligibles • Consult applicable rules, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance • Partner with internal stakeholders and assist with upcoming deliverables • Review product-specific documents, contracts, licenses, member communications, and marketing materials while safeguarding Humana's brand • Support maintenance of compliant insurance products in collaboration with responsible business owners • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals and their linkages to related areas • Make decisions regarding own work methods in occasionally ambiguous situations with minimal direction • Follow established guidelines and procedures • Participate in a case study assessing critical thinking, regulatory reasoning, risk judgment, and structured recommendations for Medicare Advantage DSNP products if advancing in the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience working with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid plans • 1+ years' experience summarizing complex information and tailoring communication based on audience, including contracts and federal and state regulations • Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and managing deliverables to meet critical internal and external deadlines • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe • Compliance experience (preferred) • Experience working with State Agencies (preferred) • Understanding of State and Federal Regulations (preferred) • Experience specific to Dual Eligible members and healthcare plans for MA DSNP product offerings (preferred) • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
