📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for workflow automation and storage system initiatives • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders and technical teams • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Provide status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery • Evaluate and implement technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance • Support post-implementation reviews and transition projects to operational teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including workflow and storage systems (36+ months) • 1+ year of experience in storage and workflow domains, including network engineering, compute storage engineering, or cloud storage • 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred • Project Management certification such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred • Must live close to one of the designated IT locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York City; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week
