📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Provide personalized service to prospective members • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's presence in the market by building community relationships • Serve as a valued resource in the local community • Work collaboratively as part of a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Field Agents • Work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain • Must reside in the assigned territory as listed in this job posting • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events, and through community, service, retail, organizational, volunteer, or local-event engagement • Valid state driver's license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work appointments and/or events at night and on weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Preferred: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License • Preferred: Background in selling Medicare products • Preferred: Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups • Preferred: Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs • Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree • Preferred: Bilingual in English and an additional language, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both languages
