📋 Description

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription offerings • Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals • Expand Humana's market presence by building community relationships • Work collaboratively within a team of 8–12 Medicare Sales Agents • Work under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director • Attend appointments and events that may occur on nights and weekends • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required • Must reside in West Pasco or Hernando County • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes, at community-based events, and through community, service, retail, organizations, volunteer work, or local events • Valid state driver’s license • Personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits or higher based on state requirements • Flexibility to work varying nights and weekends • Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License preferred • Background in selling Medicare products preferred • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups preferred • Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages
