📋 Description

• Deliver new AI technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope and enterprise objectives • Gather and document business system and functional requirements • Influence system design to optimize support and ensure AI solutions meet business objectives and requirements • Build scalable, secure, user-facing software applications powered by AI models • Coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support • Design workflows, interfaces, and LLM orchestrations • Design resilient microservices, API layers, and backend pipelines for non-deterministic AI outputs and dynamic token streaming • Ensure data privacy and AI frameworks • Influence business partners on solutions • Work with offshore teams and vendors to implement solutions • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI capabilities • Make technical approach decisions for moderately complex to complex project components • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field • 3-5+ years leading enterprise AI/GenAI initiatives, including design, implementation, and production support of AI powered applications • Experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks • Responsible AI • Healthcare compliance • Business value realization • AI product delivery leadership • Azure OpenAI and Microsoft AI ecosystem experience • Experience implementing AI solutions on Azure or Google Cloud Platform • Experience with Responsible AI practices including model governance, fairness, explainability, privacy controls, human-in-the-loop review processes, and regulatory compliance • Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of business partners, architects, engineers, product owners, security teams, and vendors • Ability to provide high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Satellite and wireless internet service is not allowed • Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
