📋 Description
• Solve complex business issues using data to provide insights to decision-makers • Collaborate effectively with ancillary Provider contracting team • Maintain and enhance the existing ancillary provider DataMart • Extract historical data, perform data mining, and develop strategy-driving insights • Model financial implications of vendor partnerships using automation tools
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of demonstrated healthcare analytical experience • 2+ years SQL experience • 2+ years of experience in Databricks • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience with stakeholder identification, relationship building, and working across the organization on matters of significance to senior leadership
