📋 Description

• Design and maintain BI dashboards and analytic solutions from end-to-end • Partner with leaders to define KPIs and reporting that support business operations and strategy • Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and traceability for regulatory reporting • Optimize SQL queries and BI models for large-scale datasets • Implement data governance standards including metric definitions and documentation • Improve delivery processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders through clear, data-driven communication and reporting • Develop complex, cross-functional reporting from conception through delivery in partnership with stakeholders • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and guiding cross-functional projects with other business teams to solve complex company initiatives • Minimum 3 years of SQL experience • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar visualization tool • Experience utilizing Python • Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Undergraduate degree (preferred) • Minimum 2 years of SSIS experience or similar ETL tools (preferred) • Minimum 1 year of experience developing automations for business processes using scripting languages (preferred) • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations (preferred) • Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate (preferred) • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling (preferred) • Databricks and Synapse Analytics experience (preferred)
