📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Research compliance issues • Recommend changes to assure compliance with contract obligations • Influence department strategy • Make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude • Participate in virtual pre-screen interviews using HireVue if selected • Work 40 scheduled hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of experience in compliance • 1+ years of experience presenting to leadership • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects • Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS • 1+ years of experience in metrics, reporting and analysis • 2+ years of relationship management • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL internet connection suggested; satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Graduate or advanced degree preferred • Audit or consulting experience preferred • Language proficiency assessment and Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test required for associates who speak with members in a language other than English
