📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Python scripts, SQL queries, Databricks notebooks, Azure DevOps pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and process automations • Analyze complex data challenges and assess situations critically • Research and analyze data and dashboards to identify process improvement opportunities and limitations • Support partners by addressing data issues, performing root cause analysis, and proposing resolutions • Present clear, applicable insights to internal and external partners • Improve data processes and advocate for innovation in data management practices • Ensure organizational data integrity • Report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field • 5+ years of Python experience in data analysis, data quality, and analytics • 2+ years of experience using applied statistics and machine learning techniques • 2+ years of experience building dashboards for reporting purposes • Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively and provide insights to internal and external partners • Preferred: Master's degree in a technical field • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry • Preferred: Experience using version control tools such as Git or similar platforms • Must not require work visa sponsorship • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
