📋 Description

• Acquire, clean, and develop datasets from internal and external sources for business analysis and reporting • Acquire, validate, store, and protect data • Ensure data accessibility, reliability, and timeliness • Develop and execute data architectures, policies, practices, and procedures across the enterprise data lifecycle • Interact with business and IT departments to understand user needs • Translate business needs into technical data requirements • Identify process improvement opportunities • Coordinate with teams to address all aspects of data needs • Coordinate and complete projects on time and within scope • Prepare data for reporting and analysis, including visualizations • Perform in-depth data analysis to derive insights supporting business outcomes and decisions • Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from design and coding through code review and deployment • Conduct demonstration meetings with clients to show project progress • Provide solutions for business and data issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 7 years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools and developing ETL solutions • Experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory; Databricks preferred • Experience in a SQL environment with comprehensive knowledge of SSMS and SSIS • Extensive experience developing stored procedures and dynamic SQL • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, or related technologies • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps • Experience making complex data accessible, understandable, and usable for leaders • Experience leading projects through the entire lifecycle, including design, coding, code review, and deployment • Proficiency in root cause analysis • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and ability to provide solutions for business or data issues • Good presentation skills for client demonstration meetings • Experience working with deadlines and addressing customer satisfaction • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred • Healthcare or managed care experience preferred • Experience implementing scalable and maintainable dimensional data models preferred • Experience with Azure Data Factory and automated data architectures preferred • Experience providing architecture guidance on data warehouse, data lake, and modern BI concepts and technologies preferred
