📋 Description

• Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps • Report to the Director, Enterprise Architecture • Integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces into systems • Recommend products that evolve the organization's technical infrastructure • Partner with IT customers across domains to understand business and IT strategy and develop architecture roadmaps • Apply Data, Application, Physical, and Technology architecture standards • Identify and drive new architecture use cases through governance and enterprise adoption • Develop and socialize architecture strategies and logical and physical architecture diagrams • Participate in IT governance activities related to engineering practices and compliance • Develop and implement technology standards • Define, maintain, and execute technology and integration frameworks, design patterns, and services • Provide technical leadership in architecture processes and practices • Contribute to Application Architecture roadmaps and engineering standards aligned with Technology and Data Architecture • Communicate and evangelize architecture direction to delivery teams, architects, and leadership • Set standards for scalability, availability, maintainability, security, and other non-functional requirements • Foster a positive work environment through demonstrations, feedback, mentoring, coaching, and education • Inspire architects and engineers to create innovative work products and support new business capabilities • Collaborate with product management, business strategy, and segment leadership on future-state technology architecture • Define, manage, and communicate enterprise technology principles, policies, and standards • Support technology governance and decision-making • Enable innovation across cloud, digital, data science, AI/ML, microservices, events, and APIs • Address technology debt and improve efficiency using an enterprise-wide perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems • 5 or more years of experience in software design, development, and testing, cloud, infrastructure, or observability • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Ability to work effectively in a remote position • Ability to travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
