📋 Description

• Analyze financial and operational results • Translate complex financial and operational drivers into clear, actionable insights • Partner with Corporate Finance, Risk Adjustment Operations and Compliance, and Risk Adjustment and Stars Analytics • Support accurate, well-documented, and well-controlled processes • Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and business decision-making • Develop revenue and risk score projections for bids, budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning • Evaluate the financial impact of CMS regulatory changes and Medicare Advantage payment model updates • Monitor and report on risk adjustment data submissions • Support risk adjustment operations and initiatives that strengthen compliance, revenue accuracy, and overall business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 3 years technical experience working with financial modeling using SQL and Excel, including pivot tables and analytical trends • Experience writing SQL processes • Proven experience developing and maintaining analytical models • Ability to explain variances and trends and enhanced modeling techniques • Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Proven experience collaborating with others • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
