📋 Description

• Develop and analyze projection models to support and influence business decisions • Solve complex problems, explain variances and trends, and enhance modeling techniques • Build and develop models related to Humana's financial accrual process using SQL and Excel • Own a revenue projection model and analyze its results • Translate complex financial and operational drivers into clear, actionable insights • Support Humana's Risk Adjustment business area within Medicare • Develop revenue and risk score projections for bids, budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning • Evaluate the financial impact of CMS regulatory changes and Medicare Advantage payment model updates • Monitor and report on risk adjustment data submissions • Support risk adjustment operations and initiatives that strengthen compliance, revenue accuracy, and business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 3 years of technical experience working with financial modeling using SQL and Excel • Experience with Excel pivot tables and analytical trends • Experience writing SQL processes • Proven experience developing and maintaining analytical models • Ability to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques • Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Proven experience collaborating with others • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship • Preferred: Master's Degree • Preferred: Financial or actuarial background • Preferred: Databricks experience • Preferred: Experience in Medicare Advantage – risk adjustment or Stars • Home internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
