📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, Enterprise AI product managers, and associates to design and develop learning solutions • Create and scale practical learning experiences that build technical AI capability and support Enterprise AI priorities • Independently manage the design and development of learning solutions for assigned projects and initiatives • Apply generative AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate learning design, content creation, assessment development, and learner support • Design learner-centered experiences that drive technical skill development and performance • Conduct needs analyses and identify capability and performance requirements • Translate complex concepts into learning objectives and materials, including storyboards, scripts, applied practice, assessments, performance support tools, digital learning experiences, and learner guides • Develop scalable learning assets and reusable content frameworks for Enterprise AI initiatives • Keep course materials accurate, current, and relevant as technologies and business needs evolve • Track and analyze learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements • Guide facilitators and select learning technologies, collaborative tools, and delivery methods • Create multimedia assets including videos, simulations, e-learning courses, job aids, and performance support materials • Plan, organize, develop, and deliver curricula and programs; facilitate live and virtual sessions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Adult Education or similar field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate environment, including e-learning modules and facilitated learning events • 3+ years of facilitating engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences using diverse instructional techniques in a corporate environment • Experience designing learning solutions supporting technical skill development, emerging technologies, digital transformation, AI capabilities, or related upskilling initiatives • Ability to communicate learning approaches, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders across functional and leadership levels • Ability to plan, execute, and manage learning projects, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation • Training design, development, and implementation experience using facilitated, cohort, rotational program, and e-learning methods • Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms • Experience managing courses in Cornerstone on Demand or a similar LMS • Self-provided internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
