📋 Description

• Architect IT solutions for the Pharmacy Engineering Team and Pharmacy IT Team from an IT infrastructure perspective • Guide solution designs that follow existing technology patterns or develop new patterns • Assess the impact of change on service quality and SLAs • Establish service-level metrics that can be monitored against benchmarks • Hold design sessions to align infrastructure requests with Humana IT standards • Manage delivery of IT infrastructure with defined SLAs • Make technical approach decisions for project components • Influence department strategy and determine objectives and approaches for assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5 or more years of technical experience • Experience assessing the impact of change on service quality and SLAs • Experience establishing metrics that can be monitored against a benchmark • Strong leadership skills • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Master's Degree preferred
