📋 Description

• Build and operate your own venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio • Set the framework and cadence for how ventures are evaluated, funded, and scaled across the studio • Run weekly studio syncs and serve as the accountability point across active ventures • Sell the vision to partners, customers, or investors and close deals • Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in everything you build • Lead critiques and determine whether ventures are working

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who shipped real products • Sales ability and demonstrated ability to move people • Experience building with AI, not just using it • Comfort with ambiguity, from determining what to build to handling urgent problems • Builder-first mindset with accountability, curiosity, and willingness to iterate • Ability to build and operate a venture from zero to one • Ability to set frameworks and cadence for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures • Ability to sell visions to partners, customers, or investors and close deals
