📋 Description

• Partner with the Trust Pillar to engage prospects early and establish operational credibility • Lead discovery conversations covering prospect workflows, pain points, ecosystem, and AI workforce readiness • Establish functional scoping and capability matrices, including proof-of-value scope • Support solution narratives with accurate, compelling, structured content • Facilitate whiteboard sessions and workshops with partner and prospect functional leads • Apply process analysis frameworks to diagnose workflow complexity, volume, and value impact • Translate operational conversations into process maps, workflow specifications, and prioritized opportunity backlogs • Provide guidance on delegation, sequencing, prioritization, and phasing • Build and maintain multi-phase AI Workforce work-delegation roadmaps for assigned partner accounts • Identify and size expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Present roadmap updates and business cases to partner leadership, operations, and ecosystem stakeholders • Use realized ROI and deployment data to support further capacity investments • Connect cross-functional teams to ensure solution intent translates accurately through delivery • Feed partner-observed insights and gaps into the AI workforce roadmap • Capture reusable solution patterns, workflow libraries, and discovery frameworks for internal knowledge management

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, management consulting, or business process advisory roles • Demonstrated experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, or consulting engagements with senior operations stakeholders • Track record of translating complex business processes into structured, delivered outcomes • Experience collaborating with existing partner and prospect engagement teams • Ability to lead structured discovery and design sessions and produce clear outputs • Ability to decompose complex, exception-heavy workflows into structured, outcome-focused process maps • Skill in building and presenting solution narratives connecting AI workforce capabilities to measurable business outcomes • Comfort with AI-native concepts, workflow tooling, and integration considerations • Preferred: experience with AI-powered autonomous solutions and platforms • Preferred: background in business consulting or professional services with external-facing engagement experience • Preferred: experience building or iterating on business process roadmaps within financial services
