📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects • Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team • Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling • Guide regional go-to-market strategy by providing insight on sales strategy and product gaps and advocating for the team’s needs • Source and screen potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure technical excellence and drive the success of sales efforts • Partner closely with sales and the broader Americas revenue team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity • 3+ years of direct frontline management experience, including recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent • Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience • Reside in the Central US region • Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales capacities
