📋 Description

• Define and direct the technical strategy for Databricks' largest and most important enterprise accounts with the Enterprise Account Executive. • Drive widespread product use and deeper adoption of ML and AI. • Partner with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products. • Serve as the main technical voice for multiple clients. • Lead customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their strategy. • Implement account technical strategies and communicate their business value. • Build a movement of technical champions within customer accounts. • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions. • Provide structured mentorship for other team members. • Present convincing points of view to important decision-makers. • Establish virtual teams and lead them to success within accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced pre-sales professional with a proven track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven • Experience establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within accounts • Experience working with very large accounts exceeding $1 million ARR • Experience with global accounts • Experience building relationships with executives and influencers internally and with customers • Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science • Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data • Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java • Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders • Databricks Certifications are nice to have, not required
