• Drive spray foam sales to contractors and distributors to achieve annual targets. • Develop annual business plans to exceed sales quotas. • Meet regularly with clients to present value propositions and secure specifications. • Participate in industry and promotional events. • Demonstrate understanding of pricing and proposal models. • Conduct effective business discussions with contractors, distributors, and decision-makers. • Develop proposals, negotiate, and execute business agreements. • Provide competitive intelligence updates, including pricing and marketing strategies. • Manage administrative responsibilities such as emails, expense reports, and performance tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in outside sales within construction or building materials. • Residence in South Texas (relocation will not be provided). • Ability to travel approximately 75%. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong collaboration and time management abilities. • Sales-oriented and analytical mindset. • Experience in spray foam or insulation is preferred. • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
