📋 Description

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecast process through analysis and modeling • Maintain existing financial tools and develop improved approaches • Own Industry Operations financial cadence and create and manage content and analysis for Industry and Enterprise leadership teams • Support sales analytics, including standard reporting, predictive modeling, sales credit reporting, and commission tracking • Coordinate with and manage relationships with Enterprise functions including HR Business Partners, Resource Management, Recruiting, Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics teams • Review reports and analysis with operations leadership and business partners • Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans • Monitor and manage expense categories and internal budgets to ensure adherence to planned annual spend • Support the month-end close process with accurate and timely information • Perform ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and business support • Develop, document, maintain, and continuously improve operational procedures, playbooks, job aids, and process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of finance and operations experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required • Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is preferred • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong financial management skills • Knowledge of financial analysis and standard financial metrics • Exceptional client service skills • Ability to proactively work with leadership to address challenges • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to communicate, influence and drive outcomes with individuals at all levels in the Company • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, job aids, and related knowledge management resources • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and productivity tools • Ability to leverage AI to improve reporting, analysis, process efficiency, and decision-making • Exposure to dashboard development and data visualization tools such as Power BI; ability to build and maintain basic dashboards is preferred • Central Time Zone & Eastern Time Zone working hours preferred
