📋 Description

• Lead and perform maintenance, configuration, and day-to-day global administration of finance software applications for BETSOL’s clients • Configure software applications and modules, including application settings, administration configurations, and standing data migrations when necessary • Manage application role security according to best practices and the global SOX control framework • Determine appropriate role security for new Finance applications and lead periodic control assessments with auditors • Perform Finance application user provisioning and manage related change request tickets • Serve as the primary resource managing Finance application ticket boards • Collaborate with senior Finance leadership to gather updated priorities for the change pipeline and open tickets • Troubleshoot issues and outages in Finance software and integrations • Support outsourced partners in monitoring system performance • Review application updates and software releases, and plan and lead testing of impacted processes with Finance process owners • Develop expertise to assist in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems • Assist with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications • Support internal and external auditors’ requests relating to Finance applications and technology • Deputize tasks owned by the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned leave

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • 4-6 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials professional corporate work experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or administering vendor hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications, such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline and Longview • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude • Demonstrated experience with supporting projects and working with other team members to execute deliverables • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience • Ability to work during US EST business hours
