📋 Description

• Oversee the daily administration of North American retirement, financial wellbeing, and income protection plans to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance • Serve as the primary process owner for U.S. and Canadian Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, coordinating FMLA, disability, state/provincial PFML, and ADA accommodations • Manage third-party vendor performance, monitoring SLAs and data accuracy to eliminate administrative friction for employees • Analyze usage trends and operational metrics using dashboards to identify friction points and elevate program delivery • Maintain employee-facing intranet communications and deliver practical guidance to managers on leave policies and return-to-work procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, and LOA program management across North American markets • Strong knowledge of benefit operations, including payroll integrations, arrears processing, and audit workflows within platforms like Workday and ServiceNow • Proven expertise in handling complex leave requirements, state/provincial compliance, and return-to-work accommodation strategies • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively across matrixed HR environments • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable employee resources
