📋 Description

• Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions • Communicate effectively to understand client challenges and create customized solutions • Build strong relationships and lead change processes • Lead and develop teams, including mentoring and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required • 8 + years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience • Direct supervisory experience within Case Management • Level of care experience with industry standard tools (InterQual®, Milliman Care Guidelines) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • US Work Authorization required
