📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end design and development of commercial eLearning courses • Develop detailed storyboards and scripts • Design and build interactive eLearning and video content • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles • Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders • Manage projects independently by balancing timelines • Conduct quality assurance reviews • Continuously improve content and processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and eLearning design • Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) • Advanced proficiency in Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro for video and multimedia production • Experience working within learning management systems (LMS) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and related tools) • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines • Strong communication and collaboration skills • eLearning portfolio required
