📋 Description

• Oversee teams performing revenue cycle functions across multiple clients • Support domestic business office staff with day-to-day time management, support service questions, policy interpretation, and dissemination of new information • Communicate frequently with client teams via phone, email, and instant messaging • Report to the Domestic Business Office leadership team • Own client-facing meetings and create agendas, issue logs, report packages, and supporting materials • Manage team metrics, individual productivity and quality measures, and client-specific service level agreements • Collaborate with HMS Shared Services on new-client onboarding, staff assignments, and point solutions • Coordinate system access, equipment, required training, and onboarding expectation discussions • Align staff to shifts covering client operating-hour expectations • Review and approve employee time, including time off, client billable time, and overtime • Create and maintain unit budgets and utilization KPIs, including project- and client-specific budgets, in Workday • Coordinate with RC Analytics and IT to ensure reporting is accurate and current • Work with Human Resources and DBO Leadership on staff performance escalations and absence/time-reporting concerns • Support consistent revenue cycle management service delivery and unit financial performance

🎯 Requirements

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred • 1+ years of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred • Knowledge of accounting systems and insurance issues, healthcare industry issues and trends, legal issues in field of expertise, required third party and governmental guidelines, and word processing • HB and/or PB Epic billing experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Flexible and adaptable to change • Comfort operating and making decisions in ambiguity • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, multitasking, timely responses, and project workplan management • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets and translate outcomes into recommendations for improvement • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
