📋 Description

• Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted senior management role • Combine project and engagement management, team leadership, and client interaction at tactical and strategic levels • Participate in client-facing engagements through all project phases, from pursuit to delivery • Manage projects • Conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations • Contribute to overall practice development • Mentor Coachees when assigned • Handle general project and organizational administrative tasks • Work with clients and internal project teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience • 6–10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role, specifically with Oracle EPM Planning • 2–4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions • Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on understanding of client challenges • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed • Flexible living locations in the U.S.
