📋 Description

• Keep North American pods on schedule and requirements clear • Gather, document, and maintain requirements, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and acceptance criteria • Run planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives on a four-week cycle • Manage risks and remove blockers for the pod • Own the day-to-day business relationship on pod engagements • Keep executives informed about delivered value

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management • 1 to 2 years leading • Strong Scrum and facilitation • Strong communication skills and credibility with executives • Consulting delivery experience preferred • AI or software builds experience preferred • Healthcare or higher education experience preferred • Scrum (CSM or PSM), PMP, CBAP (BABOK), or SAFe preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Ability to manage requirements, delivery cadence, risks, blockers, and executive updates
