📋 Description

• Set up and configure Hyatt’s revenue management system stack for all global regions • Support the Global Bridge Revenue Managers and Senior Managers with broader revenue management tasks • Perform revenue management tasks on behalf of Hyatt’s New Opening and Converting hotels • Complete daily reporting • Perform system auditing and configuration focused on Reserve, RMT, and PrO • Provide system knowledge and support to internal Hyatt teams and hotel teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or revenue field • Knowledge of Reserve and RMT • Knowledge of Hyatt PrO and Opera Cloud • High school diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • Embody Hyatt’s core values of Empathy, Inclusion, Integrity, Experimentation, Respect, and Wellbeing • Results-driven and interested in personal and professional development
