📋 Description

• Provide analytic support to one or multiple departments • Develop complex ad hoc, production and/or trend reports supporting business decisions and operational processes • Meet with customers to design financial, clinical, or operational reports • Manipulate and extract cost, utilization, and other data to develop reports and trends • Summarize and format information using tables, graphs, and other styles to support decision-making • Analyze, research, and interpret results, variances, and trends • Document report specifications and communicate findings to customers • Design, develop, document, and maintain databases to aid reporting and processes • Verify data accuracy • Ensure reports may be reviewed for regulatory reporting requirements • Support development of online management information systems and standardized reports • Recommend operational changes or actions based on analytical conclusions • Comply with all policies and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Accounting or related analytical discipline preferred • Minimum two years experience manipulating and analyzing data from large relational database files • Experience manipulating and extracting cost, utilization, and other data • Ability to design, develop, document and maintain databases • Ability to verify data accuracy • Ability to analyze, research, and interpret results, variances, and trends • Ability to document report specifications and communicate findings to customers
