📋 Description

• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned with growth objectives and measurable impact • Engage stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals • Assist in designing and delivering transformation programs with cross-functional teams • Use AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation • Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases with technology and business leaders • Apply analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions • Drive adoption and cultural alignment through change management and stakeholder engagement • Partner with leadership to define success metrics and monitor progress against transformation objectives • Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement into transformation efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred • Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes highly preferred • Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills • Analytical, innovative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex organizations • Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Strong analytical and interpretive skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines • Ability to travel as required
