📋 Description

• Create, organize, and maintain a detailed document package library across multiple loan origination systems • Maintain product-specific and state-specific disclosure matrices • Track document changes • Work JIRA tickets through completion with documentation • Implement new documents and document packages for new products, state launches, regulatory changes, and business needs • Coordinate implementation with multiple loan origination system teams • Analyze and sign off on implemented document changes • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, business owners, and external partners • Prioritize document requests across stakeholders and applications • Create test loans and document packages for document auditing • Pull document packages for compliance requests, regulatory audits, and business requests • Investigate document-related questions and communicate findings • Review and ensure system-to-document mapping • Communicate document package changes to review teams and organizational stakeholders • Assist with policy and procedure and training material creation • Provide backup support for additional loan origination systems • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Document analyst or related mortgage experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word • Experience with document management within loan origination systems • Prior mortgage document experience strongly preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Independent thinking and research • Detail oriented and highly organized • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player • High School Diploma or GED
