📋 Description

• Independently manage operational execution across the Channel Partner function, including reporting, analytics, partner enablement, opportunity coordination, and RFP support. • Serve as a central point of coordination across channel partners, internal stakeholders, and strategic growth initiatives. • Manage opportunity intake, tracking, and reporting for channel partner requests and downstream sales opportunities. • Assess requirements and recommend prioritization based on business impact, timing, and partner needs. • Coordinate RFP activity from intake through completion, including stakeholder identification, assignments, timelines, deliverables, follow-up items, proposal materials, and quality review. • Maintain visibility into active opportunities, partner requests, pipeline activity, and strategic growth initiatives. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking channel performance, RFP activity, wins/losses, pipeline trends, partner engagement, and growth outcomes. • Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Support executive reporting, quarterly business reviews, and leadership updates. • Develop and maintain partner enablement resources, including toolkits, playbooks, training content, sales collateral, templates, and content libraries. • Support strategic planning and market research through partner summaries, competitive intelligence, business review materials, and growth opportunity analysis. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and operational needs; recommend solutions and priorities; escalate complex matters as appropriate. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required. • 5+ years of experience in sales support, account management, channel/partner operations, business operations, or a related function required. • Experience independently coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams and driving work through completion required. • Experience with reporting and data analysis, including interpreting information to develop insights or recommendations, required. • 3+ years of PBM experience preferred. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees. • Remote work available only to residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, or Wisconsin. • M-F 8am to 5pm schedule.
