📋 Description

• Conduct Annual Medical Clearance evaluations (Good Faith Exams) via video/audio • Remotely triage and treat patients through the secure telemedicine platform • Provide personalized education and recommend wellness-focused treatment plans • Support clinical coordination for onsite patient visits as needed • Deliver clear, compassionate virtual care • Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes • Participate in the telehealth provider schedule, including weekend shifts, supporting a 7-day-a-week model • Complete clinical documentation • Sign off on patient charts • Manage e-prescriptions and lab orders

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in both California and Texas (required) • 1+ years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in California • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • Proficiency in EMRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Quiet, professional, distraction-free home work environment with reliable internet • Availability for all scheduled shifts on weekend days • Minimum of 4 weekend days of availability per month • Availability to work 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch within 7:00 AM–8:00 PM PST • Ability to work Pacific time only • CA NP 103/104 certification preferred, not required
