📋 Description

• Conduct Annual Medical Clearance evaluations (Good Faith Exams) via video/audio to assess patient eligibility for treatment • Remotely triage and treat patients through the secure telemedicine platform • Provide personalized education and recommend wellness-focused treatment plans • Support clinical coordination for onsite patient visits as needed • Deliver clear, compassionate virtual care experiences • Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes • Participate in the telehealth provider schedule, including weekend rotation, supporting a 7-day-a-week model • Complete clinical documentation • Sign off on patient charts • Manage e-prescriptions and lab orders

🎯 Requirements
