📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance in SAP MM solutions focused on purchasing, inventory/warehouse management, and related integrations • Own ticket resolution and efficiently troubleshoot SAP issues • Collaborate with Finance, Production Planning, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and problems • Provide guidance and support for SAP Ariba, resolving incidents, interface issues, and transactional errors • Provide functional expertise for SAP EWM, including inbound processing, outbound processing, inventory management, warehouse monitoring, and RF/mobile warehouse operations • Perform system analysis, design, and enhancements across procurement, goods movements, and inventory processes • Conduct system audits and data integrity checks using SAP best practices • Lead SAP system upgrade and enhancement initiatives, considering FI/CO, PP, and SD dependencies • Develop and maintain SAP configuration, process, and procedure documentation • Guide evaluation, selection, and configuration of procure-to-pay solutions • Support a clean-core initiative through SAP standard functionality and best practices • Implement preventive measures in SAP support processes to improve stability and supply chain operations • Travel regionally or globally as required

🎯 Requirements

• IT /Business Degree or Equivalent • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a comparable SAP role (ECC 6 / S4 HANA) with hands-on application management • Experience in a discrete manufacturing and/or automotive environment is preferred • SAP & ITIL Certification is preferred • Understanding of the technical environment of the business applications concerned • Excellent English (verbal and written) • Knowledge of basic project and change management procedures within IT • Extensive and senior-level SAP experience, with comprehensive Materials Management (MM) expertise including purchasing, procurement, and inventory management • Knowledge and experience with three or more SAP areas, including procurement, inventory/warehouse management, production planning, sales operations, logistics, finance, and controlling • Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba, including Buying and Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Sourcing, Catalog Management, and integrations with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA • Experience supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), warehouse operations, inventory management, and processes • Strong continuous-improvement mindset and complex SAP MM troubleshooting ability • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Integration experience connecting SAP with supplier portals, warehouse management solutions, or MES systems, including experience with integration tools
