• Proactively pursue and secure meetings with new and existing customers • Identify customer needs and match them with fluid power products and services • Deliver persuasive product presentations and value-based solutions • Overcome competitive objections and position our offerings effectively • Develop accurate quotes and proposals with support from internal teams • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value and company profitability • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships and maintain regular communication • Create account plans, track opportunities, and maintain CRM records • Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with internal departments • Report on sales activity, market intelligence, and new business opportunities
• 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience • Technical or mechanical aptitude (fluid power experience a plus) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to understand customer needs and sell value-based solutions • Solid organizational, time-management, and computer skills • Ability to work independently in the field, at home, or in the office • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Work from office, home, or customer sites • Personal vehicle required for customer visits (mileage reimbursed per company policy) • Company-provided laptop, phone, and necessary safety gear
