📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from inception through closure • Define project scope and quantifiable business benefits with stakeholders • Assist stakeholders in defining success metrics and criteria • Apply project management best practices, methodologies, documentation, and tools • Create and maintain project charters and plans covering goals, execution approach, staffing, and scheduling • Coordinate project resources to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with requirements • Assist with risk management and facilitate project change control • Facilitate project meetings and deliver organized presentations • Prepare and deliver project status reports to sponsors and teams • Develop communication plans and provide timely updates to identified audiences • Work with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and deliver actionable resolutions • Partner cross-functionally to align resources, resolve competing priorities, and improve project management practices and delivery outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Practical experience as a Project Manager successfully managing projects • Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience with Project Management methodologies • Good experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Products • Practical experience using Project Management tools and methodologies • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Good facilitation and project management skills • Demonstrated success managing technology projects • Good collaborative, conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners • Integrity, professionalism, and forthrightness • Technology curiosity and aptitude • Good business and technology acumen • Experience assisting with risk management and facilitating change control • Experience coordinating project resources across cross-functional teams • Experience developing communication plans and delivering updates to diverse stakeholder audiences • Experience resolving stakeholder conflicts and delivering actionable resolutions • Ability to facilitate engaging and well-organized project meetings
