📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to design and implement software solutions for customers • Lead requirements analysis and advise on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from business and technical perspectives • Design solutions using extensive experience and best-practice knowledge • Compose and deliver requirements documentation with accurate time-to-completion estimates • Lead demonstrations of configured solutions or prototypes • Maintain stakeholder buy-in and manage scope expectations • Configure application development tools and integrations • Test configured solutions for optimal performance • Advise customers through testing, resolve issues, and control project scope • Compose training materials and conduct end-to-end solution training sessions • Develop migration plans using best practices for enterprise solution migrations • Transition key information to the technical support team • Participate in pre-sales opportunities with Sales and Business Development teams • Provide technical or industry knowledge for work estimates • Support transitions to the engagement delivery team • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and drive future engagement opportunities • Provide guidance to team members • Contribute to team process documentation • Train and coach internal and external stakeholders on solutions and project methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Demonstrated experience configuring and implementing technical solutions • Skills in scripting, system architecture, or relational databases • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong investigative and analytical skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong collaboration skills • Ability to self-motivate and manage projects to completion with minimal oversight • Sound judgment and ability to appropriately escalate issues • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Experience working within enterprise software implementations • Understanding of business process analysis and solution design best practices • Ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the full project lifecycle • Experience contributing to pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and solution demonstrations • Ability to develop and deliver training materials and sessions for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience contributing to team knowledge bases, process documentation, and internal best practices
