📋 Description

• Provide technical architecture, design, and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform • Support ITS and university operational needs • Provide technical leadership for platform design, integrations, workflow standards, automation solutions, AI-enabled functionality, data governance, and complex problem resolution • Collaborate with analysts, developers, campus stakeholders, infrastructure teams, security, and ITS leadership • Guide project work and review technical solutions • Support platform decisions affecting multiple teams or services • Help define technical direction and ensure alignment with operational needs, supportability, and university standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience • Previous ServiceNow experience • Experience mentoring developers • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules, or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification preferred • Must reside in the state of Iowa on or before the start of employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship • Immigration sponsorship is not available • Resume/Curriculum Vitae required • Letter of Application/Cover Letter required
