📋 Description

• Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules • Build catalog items, record producers, variable sets, and fulfillment flows in Flow Designer • Develop and maintain SLAs, assignment rules, notifications, and approval workflows • Customize Service Portal and Employee Center experiences, including widgets as needed • Build integrations with monitoring, collaboration, and identity tools via IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs • Configure Virtual Agent topics and support Predictive Intelligence or Now Assist use cases • Write server- and client-side scripts while following platform best practices and minimizing technical debt • Support upgrades, ATF test creation, and release management through instance stack environments • Troubleshoot production issues and provide tier-3 platform support

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a strong ITSM focus • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, and REST integrations • Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Automated Test Framework • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and clear user stories • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-IT Service Management certifications (nice to have) • ITIL 4 Foundation (nice to have) • Experience with ITOM (Event Management, Discovery) or Hardware Asset Management (nice to have) • Exposure to Now Assist / generative AI features on the platform (nice to have)
