📋 Description

• Manage setup components in the Ibotta application • Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures • Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery • Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates, and educate impacted departments • Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams • Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments • Identify error trends and collaborate cross-functionally to implement mitigation procedures or build cost-reducing tools • Uphold Ibotta’s Core Values

🎯 Requirements

• Technical skills: G Suite and Excel • Attention to detail • Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues • Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively • Must live in Colorado • Must be willing to work one weekend day if needed • Must be 18 or older • Must have access to reliable internet • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
