📋 Description
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance • Support the preparation process for annual financial audits • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting • Support the tracking and accounting of payroll • Support the tracking and accounting of Account Payables • Assist in bank reporting • Work within Deltek Costpoint to execute accounting functions effectively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience • Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines • Strong work ethic • Teachable/continuous learner • Reliable/dependable • Collaborative/team contributor • Open to Section S3 Residents • Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply
