📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred • Transportation experience or internship is ideal • International airfreight experience required • Aviation experience required • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work setting • Impeccable customer service skills and ability to build and maintain business relationships • Effective written and verbal communication in a diverse, multicultural environment • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate superior time management • Strong attention to detail • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and daily PC use • Ability to sit, walk, and stand continuously • Ability to communicate effectively using a PC/keyboard or telephone • Ability to deal with moderate levels of stress • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, squat, and stoop as needed • Problem-solving ability • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment • Well organized; able to plan and set priorities • Flexibility as priorities shift • Client-centric work experience • Ability to interact across diverse settings and workforce • Outstanding verbal and written communication with emphasis on listening • Sense of urgency and consistent follow-up • Personal integrity and adaptability to ICAT’s core values
