📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare-eligible individuals to prequalify and schedule appointments with licensed agents • Manage and organize incoming leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach efforts • Assist licensed agents in maintaining lead databases and appointment calendars • Participate in mentorship with a licensed Medicare agent to gain practical insights into client interaction and compliance • Support additional administrative and outreach projects as assigned • Maintain accuracy in lead tracking and appointment setting • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative attitude toward team members and prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone • Comfortable using CRM systems and lead tracking tools • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information • Willingness to learn about Medicare products, ethical sales practices, and compliance standards • Background check and fingerprinting may be required depending on system access • Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment • Complies with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and internal compliance policies
