📋 Description

• Support the full digital software development cycle, including requirements, research, design, stakeholder engagement, testing, and delivery of user-facing systems • Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, document reviews, questionnaires, business process analysis, use cases, scenarios, and examination of current systems • Document requirements using BDD specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow and UML diagrams, use cases, and user guides • Maintain requirements traceability documentation and monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate system requirements and organizational processes to team members and stakeholders • Facilitate meetings to gather, document, refine, and prioritize requirements, design enhancements, identify action items, and drive user feedback • Document UX design discussions, write requirements in the team workspace, and break requirements into user stories in the issue log system • Define and execute testing activities, including test scenarios, test cases, procedures, and results documentation • Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and UX researchers within an Agile framework • Recommend internal process enhancements and potential solutions • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and provide backup support when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree by start date • Must be a US citizen • Must reside in the U.S. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • All work must be performed in the U.S. per contract requirements • Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel and Word • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence or similar applications supporting Agile software delivery • Scrum Master/Agile certification or training • Strong analytical skills, especially business process analysis and diagramming using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Mural • Excellent organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines • Must be able to pass any required background checks
