📋 Description

• Work with team members to understand business and project requirements • Gather information and document business requirements • Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and other tools • Assist with process documentation, presentations, and project updates • Work with technical teams to clarify business requirements • Help test and validate system changes • Identify issues and communicate them to appropriate team members • Participate in team meetings and support ongoing projects • Perform other business analysis tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with Excel and analyzing data • Strong attention to detail • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly • Good written and verbal communication skills • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Internship, academic project, or previous experience in business analysis is a plus
