📋 Description

• Participate in the full application life cycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment • Write, test, and deploy high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code • Create and customize Lightning Components to enhance the user interface • Design data models and implement Salesforce objects, including custom objects, fields, and relationships • Engineer Salesforce application performance through code optimization, modular development, lazy loading, query analysis and optimization, caching, and asynchronous workflows • Contribute to options analyses, proof-of-concept implementations, and solution validations • Identify risks, manage change, and design efficient, scalable cloud solutions • Gather technical requirements and translate user-story dependencies for the technical delivery team • Collaborate with designers and engineers on product, front-end, and back-end requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform problems for users • Participate in Agile processes, including standups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning • Document development processes and technical designs • Implement unit and integration testing • Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing • Implement automation-first solutions using Apex scripts, Robotic Process Automation, and related tools • Stay current with new technology features and updates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Development & Engineering • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Work must be performed in the United States • Must have lived in the United States for 3 full years out of the last 5 years • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving ability • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, and SOQL • Experience building REST APIs for external system integrations • Experience with object-oriented programming design patterns and Salesforce data modeling • Experience working on Agile and SAFe teams • Awareness of Security, DevSecOps, and Agile principles • Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards • Experience with Salesforce call center setups • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience working in multi-team development environments • Active Trailblazer account required • One or more Salesforce developer certifications: Developer I, Developer II, or Platform App Builder • Copado CI/CD pipeline experience, multi-cloud architectures, AWS cloud development, civic technology, government contracting, and health cloud implementation/development are listed as pluses
