📋 Description

• Design across digital, social, print, and campaign systems • Develop and extend visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems • Create layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and composition • Build cohesive brand systems across type, image, motion, and illustration • Partner with art directors, writers, strategists, and production teams • Contribute to concept development and push the work forward • Work at pace without losing precision • Deliver strong work within real constraints such as timelines, stakeholders, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in an agency or studio environment • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals and a clear point of view • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy • Experience building or contributing to brand systems and multi-channel campaigns • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools such as Figma • Ability to use AI as a tool while applying strong design judgment • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to collaborate and take direction effectively
