📋 Description

• Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to the design brief. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development processes for various design projects. • Encourage innovative thinking and fresh ideas that push creative boundaries. • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients and Studio to ensure consistency across all visual communications. • Collaborate with marketing teams to align brand strategy with design initiatives. • Oversee the creation of brand identity elements, such as logos, color schemes, and typography. • Guide the production of artwork and designs, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met. • Work closely with the production team to resolve any design-related issues that arise during the production process. • Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in design • A strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and projects. • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts • Strategic mindset to translate business goals into creative solutions • Attention to detail to ensure design work aligns with brand standards and client objectives • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Comprehensive knowledge of branding strategies and trends • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
